Shipping Policy


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: Delivery times vary and may be subject to customs fees or duties (paid by the customer).


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly in these cases.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
